2.What data we collect
- —Messages you send us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message, including any details about your immigration situation you choose to share. When you press “Send message”, the contact form delivers your message to our inbox by email through Web3Forms, our form delivery provider; the website itself does not store it. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp” instead, the form opens WhatsApp with your message prepared and you decide whether to send it. The same applies when you email us or message us on WhatsApp directly.
- —Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider's servers process your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers — see our Cookie Policy. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
3.Please keep your first message brief
The contact form, email and WhatsApp are intended for initial enquiries. Please do not send copies of passports, ID cards or other identity documents in your first message. If we agree to work together, documents are exchanged through the channels agreed in your engagement and are protected by professional confidentiality.

6.How long we keep your data
